Direct reports are not updating with Parent Position

Summary: When a leader is promoted to a new job, their direct reports from the old job continue to be reporting to them instead of the person that replaced them in the old job. And the new direct reports for the new job are not moving to the new leader.

Employee A was in Position SH01102 and was promoted to Position SH01103. Employee B is now in position SH01102.

The employees from PL01539 are still reporting to Employee A instead of Employee B (who is listed as having no direct reports). And the employees in position PL01283 are reporting to their previous leader.
