Vertex integration issue with Oracle Commerce for B2B Transactions

Summary: OCC standard connector to Vertex only sends a unique id for the person ordering, it does not send the company id, thus any tax modifications must be programmed at the individual buyer level and not at the company level. By passing the simple company field in the standard payload it would maintain a higher level of data integrity amongst both applications and allow buyers to work on multiple customers.
