Redwood: Position Sync not Enforced Via Hire an Employee

Summary: Requirement is to not allow override for Department or Job as part of the sync. This is achieved in RUI via selecting both Job and Department at the enterprise or LE level:

With this configuration, we observe that job and department cannot be overriden as part of the sync in any RUI employment flow AND Redwood Change Assignment flow. However, for Hire an Employee the settings are not honoured and the user has the ability to override. Noting it's not possible for forcibly enable "Synchronize from Position" within VBS Hire flow:

If the user deselects these they can overwrite the department and job from position causing us data issues. Even if Position Sync can be used to help we were hoping someone from Oracle could confirm if the behaviour observed in change assignment and the RUI would make it's way to other employment flows.
