How can managers see a list of absence reasons?
Hello,
Can anyone advise if there is an area of the system where a line manager can see a list of not only the absences that their reports have, but also the absence reason as well?
Currently, managers look within the My Team area, but when looking for the reason why reports were off sick, for instance, they have to filter on Sickness and then click into each Sickness entry to see the sickness reason/type. This is quite laborious and causes extra work.
Is there a quick way for line managers to see this information at a glance?
Thanks,
