NIR - Auto Approval is abruptly stuck at Approval Process

Hello Team,

The NIR is set to automatically approve the request. But the NIR process is abruptly stuck at Approval process and there is no option to Demote or Restart the Workflow.

Please let me know what could be the reasons for this.
