Setting up the cost cut-off date

Hello @Srini Raghavan-Oracle

Could you please help me with the request below?

We do not have legal entity time-zone enabled in our system. Our business is based in Australia hence the creation and transaction dates are in user preferred time-zone(AEST) while costed/accounted dates in UTC. AEST is 10 hrs ahead of UTC.

Because of the time-zone difference, we see varying data on the inventory valuation during period close.

For ex: transaction done on 1st-Sep-24 before 10 AM AEST has accounted date as of 31-Aug. So on the inventory valuation UI, when you retrieve the data for Aug-24 period, we see 'x' value on 31-Aug and 'x +/-' on 1st Sep. User is expecting to see the same value on all days for the same period although we informed them about the time-zone difference and transactions happening during this period.

Howdy, Stranger!
