User can access Manage Project Costs page (with data) but cannot see data in analysis

Summary:

One of our users has been assigned a custom project accountant role (read-only) and is able to see data in the "Manage Project Costs" ui page, but is not able to see any data when trying to use an analysis built on the Project Costing - Actual Costs Real Time subject area. I've assured that she's been assigned all the required data access as well as duty roles for that subject area.
