Seniority Date Adjustment Fast Formula Based on Rehire

Summary:

We have a requirement create a Seniority Date Adjustment Fast Formula to allow rehired employees to retain their prior seniority if they return back within 5 years of the date of termination. The Fast Formula should work on the below calculations:.

If rehire is less than 180 days then the seniority date adjustment=Current Seniority Date - Previous Seniority Date.

If rehire is more than 180 days and <=5 years then adjustment of Seniority date should be Previous Termination date - Previous Seniority Date
If rehire is > 5 years then there is no adjustment .
