Filter Security Context for Custom Role

I know four years ago, the answer to this question was no, but I wanted to clarify if that is still the case in 2024. When creating a custom role, the data access security contexts are not filtered as they are for seeded roles. The data access screen shows a list of every option possible, and must review the role's DSPs to understand what data access security contexts are valid.

Is it possible to filter the list of data access security contexts on a custom role?
