How to generate daily tasks in Task Manager?

We are migrating to FCCS Task Manager for month end close task list. Most tasks are completed once per month and will be generated via Create Schedule. There are some tasks that recur daily - how do new tasks get generated? Do we have to Create a new Schedule every day? Or have individual tasks for each day set as predecessors, so today's task can't be done until yesterday's is submitted? Ideally there would be a single task such as "post daily cash receipts" that would regenerate for each day of the month.
