Oracle Role Assignment History

Hi,

Our company is not too infrequently making adjustments to users' Roles in Oracle, due to reorganizations or job responsibility changes, etc.

This results in mistakes sometimes, where suddenly a user is no longer able to requisition when that is a primary function of their job, as one example that has happened.

Are there any Role History Reports that show the following criteria:

• Role Name
• Added/Removed
• User who performed action
• Date

This would be super helpful in helping us understand why changes were made. Many thanks for any suggestions!
