Auto reject for Person Extra Info Transaction if the Length of Service is not met

Hi,

We are trying to configure a approval rule where it will automatically reject if the requestor doesn't met the required length of service.

Is it possible to use enterprise hire date to be the basis for the length of service in the workflow configuration?
