Difference between Delete and Remove in Organization Tree

Hello Everyone,

On the Organization Tree page, there are two buttons appearing delete and remove. From what I observed "Remove" is used when we want to eliminate a Node from the Organization Tree but I am unable to understand the usage of the delete button. If anyone could explain the purpose of delete button, it would be appreciated.
