Workforce scheduling: can't get details of patterns and shifts to show on analysis

Looking for direction on how to find and capture the patterns and shifts in my analysis. Under Define Availability: Work Shifts, Work Workday Patterns and Work Schedules (I can capture these and see their names but I would also like Shifts and Patterns in my analysis).
