which OTBI section contains data on Internal Transfers from Recruiting

Summary: I need to build an OTBI report that lists all the Internal people who accepted new job offers in ORC for HR. Today the recruiter has to send an email to HR or HR has to constantly check the Manage Job Offers area for Employees + Pending Manual Processing. They would prefer a report that is triggered by an action but I can't seem to find the correct OTBI table section.
