Repeating Period: Anniversary date. in Accrual plan
Summary:
We are implementing in a LATAM client, in which we are asked to count the vacation accumulation per-15-day period (year by year), our problem lies in being able to define when the period starts and ends.
Although we are taking as the term plan: Type Anniversary year and in Anniversary Event Rule: Hire date, in the configuration of: Accrue On End of repeating period, and in Repeating Period: Monthly Accrual Processing Period. Which accumulates us with the date of 30 or 31 of the accumulation months, and not with the hiring date, which does not show a totally real accumulation value.
