How Does ARCS Work with Object Storage Between Prod and Test Environments

We are in the process of evaluating Object Storage for our ARCS applications as the attachments are making our snapshot grow very large. We want to know how that will affect migrations between Prod and Test, restoring snapshots, and the Cloning functionality.

We're trying to find out if we have Object Storage configured, and we clone Prod to Test, what happens to the attachments in Object Storage? Do the Production ones get cloned in the Object Store to accommodate the Pod being cloned into Test? Do the ones linked to the Test instance get deleted? Are they merely orphaned? If we have to restore a snapshot from backup, what happens to attachments stored for Reconciliations that were not yet made before the backup was taken?
