Warning messages that appear during online transaction, be given in the HDL/HSDL massloads errorlog?

Summary:

While inserting a row in HCM online transaction, depending on the condition it throws out an error or warning message.

Client wants same kind of functionality during massloads. It doesn't necessarily have to stop the loads but it should write error/warning message in the error log.

Is that possible? If yes how can i achieve that functionality?
