Runtime Properties on BI Published Configuration Settings

Hello,

Recently, the Sever value for parameter "Exclude Line Feed And Carriage Return for LOB" was updated to TRUE which caused some of our interfaces to exclude Line Feed / Carriage Return in Data model which intern impacted the final file output format. We are trying to identify who updated it so that we can understand the reason for the update and take necessary steps.

Is there any way to identify who updated this values ?
