Can i accomplish what the 'Create Remittance in Spreadsheet' task does with web service or FBDI?

We have a mostly manual process to upload a Receipt with thousands (7-10K) lines of reference values and amounts.

We are trying to automate this.

It appears that the miscellaneousReceiptService and standardReceiptService SOAP calls do not allow for such multiple lines.

It also appears that the 'ReceivablesStandardReceiptImportTemplate.xlsm' only allows for 8 References on the Payment file and an additional 8 References on the Overflow Payment file.

Are there any other options?
