How to update a cancelled PO line in fusion

In our customer's instance DFF at PO line level is mandatory. That's implemented recently. I mean the approval flow for change orders and purchase order would be triggering based on the value we have on PO line level DFF. Now what is happening right, we are having a situation where in a PO is having multiple lines. One of the lines was already cancelled before implementing the DFF on approval rules. Now when we are trying to create a new change order on the PO the approval flow is getting rejected. Since we have a rule that if DFF field
