HOW TO ADD PRE-DEFINED Substitution Variables TO ALL CUBE

I am currently using EPBCS.
When checking the demo server, I noticed that the pre-defined variable (OEP_CurMnth) is registered for all cubes.
How can I register it as shown in the image below?
