Issue with "Created by" parameter in Review Completed Transactions UI form

Hi,

Can we remove case sensitivity to the "Created by" parameter in Review Completed Transactions UI form? Few of accounts are defined using Camel case letters in the email and most of the mail ids are defined as small case letters. While searching with the maild (which was defined in Camel case) with small case shows no results. We understood that the reason being case sensitivity to the parameter Created by, Is there any way/set up to remove the case sensitivity?
