Business Card Scanner for Accounts in CX Sales Mobile App

Hi,
how can we enable the business card scanner funcionality in the "create Account" dialog, to create an account in the app?
As far as I am concerned only leads and contacts can be created, when the Account is not in the system there is no option to add it by scanning, or using the information from the scan.
Even if the account is in the system our testing did not succed, there was no value added in the account field.
