User management in SSO between fusion and apex

Hi Experts,

We have configured SSO between fusion application and apex (SP) using OpenID connector. Here fusion identity domain is Idp. Thank you Paul for support in below link.

It is suggested that "The user must exist in both your identity provider (Fusion) as well as your service provider (APEX) with the same username as is being asserted by the SAML/OIDC token. The password for the user in APEX won't be used since you are doing a federated authentication. It's just the Fusion password that the user will have to manage".

Query is:

We have created a user in fusion identity domain and assigned user to apex application which is registered in fusion identity Domain.
