Do we grant Learning Reports access to specific individuals for designated business units in OTBI ?

Summary:We have a requirement that we need to provide learning Reports access to specific individuals for designated business units.These reports are available on OTBI. But that person dont have a any other Roles apart from the Employee role. and also doesnt have any Area of Responsibilities to restrict the Business Units . Is there any Possibility to achieve this.
