How to set validation on date DFF to allow only future date

Summary:

We have created 2 DFFs, 'From Date' and 'To Date'. We need to set validation on 'To Date' such that it should not allow to enter date previous to 'From Date'. how to restrict user to enter 'To Date' which is only after what he as selected as 'From Date'. This is for PO Line level DFFs.
