Which table stores dates for tim_lvl_member_Value

Summary: I am trying trying to build, a report from msc_measures_data table for validating legacy data uploaded using FBDI. In msc_measures_data table, Date granularity is stored in columns tim_lvl_id and tim_lvl_member_id columns. Need help on which table and columns stores the date values for the corresponding TIM_LVL_MEMBER_VALUE column.

Which table would we have to join this table with to get the date value for this field tim_lvl_member_id?
