Can we customize the notification bell to have a pop message to have a quick instruction?

Summary: We attempted to remove the Reject and Approve buttons from the in-app notification bell, we inadvertently removed the corresponding buttons from the email notification as well. We're considering adding a pop-up message to the in-app notification bell as a potential solution. This would prompt users to view the notification details before taking action, effectively eliminating the need for direct Approve or Reject buttons within the notification itself.
