Recruiting Booster Events - Candidates names do not appear in Candidates drop down field

Summary:

Hi there,

We are testing Recruiting Booster Events.

We setup a virtual event and we have invited an Hiring Manager to short list the candidates using the Shortlisting Form

On the shortlisting form the 2 candidates that have registered for the event do not appear in the Candidate drop down field, when the shortlisting form is viewed by the hiring manager. I can see an an HR the 2 candidates when I view the event in my Client Groups.

Is there a specific ess job I need to run in order for this 'Candidate' drop down to work?

The Hiring Manager security role has the privileges needed to view and manage events.
