Oracle OIC soap call fails after Gen3 upgrade

Oracle OIC soap call is failing with VersionMismatch error when trying to invoke a third party SOAP service after upgrading to Oracle Gen3 which was running fine when tested in the oracle Gen2

We are calling a wsdl based soap service using a soap connection in OIC. It seems that the soap version is SOAP 1.2 (http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope)


When we are running from OIC, we are getting the below error:

But when testing with the same xml from Postman getting the below error:

Appreciate if someone can give some insight on this issue. Is it something related to Gen3 upgrade. Please suggest.
