Is there a provision to enforce an Approval Process/Hierarchy when a Planned Order is Released from Supply Plan? Both for Work Orders or Purchase Requisition.

Business have a requirement where if Planner does make a change in Planned Order Recommendation (Changing Firm Date or Firm Quantity); those needs to go to an Approval Process before Purchase Requisition/Work Order gets created in Oracle.
