BPA awarded from Solicitation has no link back to Solicitation

Summary:

When a user awards a BPA to a supplier from a Solicitation/Negotiation, no where on the BPA itself does it specify that. If a user were to pull up the BPA directly from the Purchase Agreements area, they would not know that this BPA was created/awarded from a solicitation. We need the system to show it was sourced from a RFP, RFQ, etc. How can we link the solicitation(RFP, RFQ, etc) to the BPA so users are aware it was sourced from that?

If you award an Enterprise Contract from a Solicitation, it has a hyperlink back to the RFP/RFQ and it clearly shows that the contract is sourced from a solicitation. Our client essentially wants the same tie back to the solicitation on the BPA level.
