Restrict user to select agreement for requisition and create only internal tranfer

Summary:

Can we restrict an option to select an agreement while raising a requisition and requisitioner should only be able to create internal transfer order. on the option of selecting a source only Inventory stock should be availbale . as of now it shows Inventory stock as well tha greements
