Audit checkboxes are not getting Enabled for audit policy for Contract management

Let me know if i am missing any setup. I am trying to enable these checkboxes but they are not getting enabled. Initially i tried to enable these checkboxes and they were enabled also but i didn't get any Audit Report details. Then i came back on this page to check the configuration and i saw these checkboxes were not enabled.
