Property panel is not enabled in form 2.0

Summary:

Hi,

We are working on form 2.0 and trying to apply the formatting in the form. We are trying to use property panel but it seems greyed out.

Using SmartView if we try to apply formatting its not visible in the data form.

Is there any specific reason why it is not available ? Same functionality is working fine in the form 1.0.
