We are looking for feasibility in Oracle Fusion Absence Management.

We would like a field that enables us to make a permanent change to the calculation rules for the annual leave entitlement. So if someone has a regular addition (in their contract) we want it to be automatically included every year, rather than a manual action each year.

It will be a Plan participation enrollment start date.
