Project Task Impot Template is importing however the import project task process is not updating

I downloaded FBDI template "project Tasks Import template" populated the required fields and fields I wanted to update. The file uploads properly, then when I run process "Import Project tasks" I receive the following message and can't figure what the field which is giving me the "error" .

Can anyone help me figure out the issue?
