Attachment in notification fails due to size in gen3 but no in gen2

Summary:

Hi , I would thank for any help with the following.

We alredy know there is a limit of 2mb in gen2 and gen3 in attachments size.

BUT:

We have no issues when sending attachments with size 2m+ in gen2 in ALL INSTANCES, including PROD.

We have this issue in all instances in gen3:


Already opened SR, but no solution, no explanation for now to guess the reason it works in gen2 and no in gen3.

Please, have someone faced this issue before, and could elaborate how to fix or workaround? or at least where can we find in gen2 where is the setup to get attachments with 2mb+.
