Time entry layout Components not able to see the Next button to add Dependent Field Definition

When am trying to create Time entry Layout component (Multiple/Single time attribute) was not able to see the "NEXT" button before save button to add dependent Field definition. Can you help me to understand what I missed to achieve/to add the dependent fields.
