OBN Punchout suppliers consolidated list

Summary:

I would like to know if Oracle has the list of all suppliers who are compatible with Oracle Cloud Procurement Punchout enablement through OBN. We use “Direct cXML supplier punchout” for our Punchout enablement and not OBN.

I was told that the Oracle Business Network (OBN) has a OBN Punchout directory that lists suppliers who had been set up as trading partners with punchout definitions within OBN.  

We arent registered on OBN. Is there a possibility to obtain the list without registering?
