Hired employees not appearing in Person Management

Hi Experts

Do we need to run any process after hiring an employee through My Client Group» Hire an Employee and got it approved?

We recently hired some employees and hiring approved, but these employees are not appearing in My Client Group» Person Management. I checked PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table as well and could not find these employees.
