Tile Rename via Structure Tool not reflecting correctly.

Hi All

I have made a change via page composer using the structure tool for a Tile name in a test environment however when i publish the sandbox i see the new name reflecting on the tile but when i go into the page by clicking on the the header shows as the previous name which was Talent & Performance (New).

Does anyone know if there is a process we need to run to sort this.
