Upgrade Application message in Visual Builder

Summary:

We used Personalisation tool to migrate personalisation from Responsive UI tp Redwood. But after that we are receiving this mesage

Upgrade your application : The resources that have been imported are using an older set of runtime dependencies and require a migration to update then to the current version.

When i click on migrate, the process seems to run forever and nothing happens.

Has anyone encountered this before? How do we fix this?
