Screen color is changing and if the user clears the cache, Screen color is back to normal.

Our clients are facing some intermittent issue. For some of the users, their screen color is getting changed. And if they clear cache, then again their screen is becoming normal.

Could you please let me know what could be the issue and how can we fix it permanently.
