AOP25 data in EPBCS has partly been cleared.

Summary:

AOP25 data in EPBCS has partly been cleared unexpectedly. I copied AOP24 data into AOP25 working baseline scenario and version and spent a lot of time correcting the Fund that no longer exists. This data has now been cleared and it has reverted back. If I copy the data again, how can I use changes to update the Fund to the correct new funds based on entity?
