things to consider while doing mass legal employer change

Summary:

Requirement is to mass change legal employer for all employees.

As of now we have 5 legal employers. BUt now we need to create one legal employer and move all employees under this.

current set up

5 legal employers - LE 1, LE2, LE3, LE4

5 Business Units - BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4,BU5

but now, we need only one LE and 5 Business units (BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4,BU5).

What all to be considered before mass transfer of employees to LE.
