Creation of multiple SLAs in standard coverage without using Business Units attribute

edited Sep 23, 2024 4:38PM in Help Desk 1 comment

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a unique scenario where the customer has a requirement to have multiple SLAs for different regions in their organizations but the catch is they have business units that are defined at global level and are not region specific.

So, when I went ahead to defined default coverage and selected customer as default value it shows up only business units. Is there any way we can achieve defining multiple SLAs without using Business Units as attributes?
