Enterprise Journal Post to Oracle ERP failed

Hi Oracle Community!

We are currently receiving error when posting journal thru Enterprise Journal from EPM to Oracle ERP.

We have created the journal in ARCS using the journal template created in FCCS. Creating Journal is successful as per screenshot below (Job ID 26282)

However, the next process is unsuccessful (Job ID 26308). This is where the Approver approves the journal.

Message shows that "Journal Data import to ERP failed. Purging the GL Interface table data. Failed to fetch Batch Id"

The Approver of the journal has ERP role of General Accounting Manager.
