Promotion automatically applied in the second order

We are facing a situation with a order discount with buy X and get Y discount for the created coupon code MYCODE, where we configured the audience, applied the availability rules:

• only registered shoppers
• Grant to a registered shopper more than once: yes
• Maximum uses per grant: 2
• Number of Uses Per Order: 1
• Priority: 1
• enabled: true

I was also testing in DEV and TST the same configs, but without the audience and was able to reproduce the result.

The buy condition is set spend 10 in any item and receives a 30% discount.
